Results will vary based on your business, industry, and market conditions.

3.3 Automation Features

3.4 Free Trial

Bloomstreet AI may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.

3.5 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience:

• Maintenance periods
• Software updates
• Temporary service interruptions

Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.3 Billing and Payment

Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually in advance depending on the selected billing cycle. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. If payment cannot be processed successfully, Bloomstreet may suspend access to the Service until payment is received.

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Bloomstreet to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees.

4.5 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@bloomstreet.ai within 30 days of the charge.

4.6 Pricing Changes

We may update subscription pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after pricing changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Bloomstreet for your account may be used by you in your business. Ownership of AI-generated output is granted to you, subject to applicable third-party provider terms.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant Bloomstreet a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform.

9. Third-Party Services

Bloomstreet may integrate with third-party services such as email providers, payment systems, or analytics tools. Bloomstreet is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomstreet disclaims all warranties, including:

Bloomstreet does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific business outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomstreet's total liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Bloomstreet in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Bloomstreet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloomstreet and its employees, officers, and agents from any claims arising from:

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are required by law.

13.3 Effect of Termination

After termination, access to the Service ends and data will be deleted as described in Section 6.5. Certain provisions survive termination, including intellectual property, liability limitations, and indemnification.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
